The contest is open to all citizens of the Republic of Korea. Individuals or teams of up to four members can apply. Multiple submissions are allowed, but multiple awards are restricted. Participants must produce and submit videos between 30 and 120 seconds in length, with the theme focusing on how young adults can gain practical benefits by utilizing financial products. The judging criteria consist of four categories: creativity, relevance to the theme, clarity of delivery, and completeness.
