GH Operates 'Gogaek Jamundan'... Strengthening Customer-Centric Management

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is operating the ‘GH Customer Advisory Group’ to strengthen customer-centric management and enhance service quality.


On the 14th, GH announced that it will recruit a total of 20 members for the Customer Advisory Group by the 28th, targeting residents of new towns and apartment complexes supplied by the corporation, sales customers, and partners from development cooperation companies.

The Customer Advisory Group will propose various opinions to improve GH’s customer service quality and directly participate in the evaluation of customer satisfaction (CS) policies and service performance. They will also play the role of a ‘quality improvement partner’ who derives customer-centered improvement plans and creates practical change processes together.


The advisory group’s activity period is one year, and a designated activity fee will be provided.


Lee Jong-seon, Acting President of GH, stated, "Through the operation of the Customer Advisory Group, we expect to strengthen direct communication with customers and achieve more substantial improvements in service quality."


Meanwhile, GH achieved its highest-ever performance last year by scoring 88.8 points in overall satisfaction in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety for local public enterprises management evaluation.
