She said, "The immigration officers were confused when they saw my photo," and "I was held and questioned for 40 minutes for identity verification." Previously, Prazeres was selected as the 'perfect woman' by Playboy Norway and had undergone about 20 plastic surgeries, including facial contouring, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation, spending approximately $980,000 (about 1.4 billion KRW). The problem was that her passport photo was taken before the surgeries, so it looked quite different from her current appearance. In the photo, she had darker hair, a wider nose, more prominent cheekbones, and wore light makeup, unlike her current look.

Employees at S?o Paulo International Airport asked Prazeres various questions and compared her photo with other pictures. Prazeres said, "I expected something like this might happen someday, but being stopped at the airport was shocking," and "It was a frustrating experience to be held even though I did nothing wrong." After this incident, she immediately renewed her passport. Prazeres added, "I never want to experience such inconvenience again," and "As soon as I arrived, I looked into the procedures needed to get a new passport issued." She also said, "Perfection comes at a price."
