Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province (Governor Jeon Jin-seon) announced on the 13th that it has produced the booklet titled “Zero Corrections! Self-Check Guide for Permits and Approvals” to improve permit and approval civil complaint administrative services.
This booklet summarizes key (correction) checklists that are easy to overlook and frequently occurring major correction (repetitive) cases related to Yangpyeong-gun’s permit and approval tasks. It was created to dramatically enhance civil complaint administrative services through prompt and accurate processing of permits and approvals.
Additionally, the booklet will be posted on the Yangpyeong-gun Office website and distributed to surveying and architectural offices within the jurisdiction. It is expected to contribute to reducing permit correction tasks caused by incomplete documentation, shortening civil complaint processing times, and preventing administrative resource waste.
Jeon Jin-seon, Governor of Yangpyeong-gun, stated, “This booklet is an effort to communicate for improving permit and approval civil complaint administrative services. We believe it will greatly help enhance Yangpyeong-gun’s appeal and improve resident satisfaction and trust through correction-free permit processing.”
Meanwhile, the county plans to maintain professional expertise in its work and continuously incorporate feedback into the booklet.
