Scheduled for Nationwide Expansion Within the Year
Danggeun announced on the 13th that the 'Neighborhood Events' board in the Neighborhood Life tab has been made public throughout Seoul.
The Neighborhood Events board is a space where various offline neighborhood event news such as festivals, performances, exhibitions, fairs, and flea markets can be checked at a glance. Anyone can directly post event information they want to share with neighbors, and the board can be found in the top category of the Neighborhood Life tab.

The Neighborhood Events board, operating across all 25 districts of Seoul, actively shares diverse event information. Here, you can find news ranging from fairs and exhibitions to educational programs hosted by local community centers. Danggeun explained that the average views and likes on Neighborhood Events posts are about twice as high as those on general posts, indicating strong user interest.
Along with expanding the Neighborhood Events board features, Danggeun plans to recruit sellers who want to promote their flea markets through the board next month. Sellers will be supported to pre-promote and recruit participants via the Neighborhood Events board, and various goods will be provided during the actual flea market events.
A Danggeun representative said, "Currently, it is only available in the Seoul area, but we plan to expand nationwide within the year," adding, "Danggeun will continue to create a more active local communication culture based on the hyperlocal vision that connects narrow regions."
