Content AI solution company ForByFor announced on the 13th that it has signed a contract to create an interactive exhibition facility within the 'Gimhae City Kim Young-won Art Museum,' currently under construction in Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province.
Gimhae City is investing approximately 4 billion KRW to establish an interactive exhibition space at the Gimhae City Kim Young-won Art Museum, aiming to open in March next year. ForByFor will plan and produce all the hardware and media art-based content to be used in the exhibition.
The Gimhae City Kim Young-won Art Museum is being developed as a complex cultural space where visitors can appreciate various contemporary sculptures and artworks, led by the renowned Korean figurative sculptor Kim Young-won, who created the iconic King Sejong statue at Gwanghwamun Square. The facility will include not only exhibition halls but also a library, art experience rooms, educational rooms for students, an art shop, and rest areas, garnering high expectations from local residents. The museum is being expanded by an additional 920㎡ to the existing 4,840㎡ space, resulting in a total of four floors and a gross floor area of 5,760㎡.
The exhibition facility created by ForByFor will be richly filled, starting with interactive media exhibitions that allow visitors to directly experience artworks. Visitors will be able to encounter various ultra-realistic videos and media art themed around King Sejong and Hangul, as well as works by sculptor Kim Young-won.
Bong Young-soo, head of ForByFor’s exhibition division, explained, "The exhibition space is designed not just for viewing sculptures and paintings from a distance but for direct interaction, enabling visitors to fully immerse themselves in the exhibition."
ForByFor CEO Yoon Jun-ho emphasized, "As a company specializing in image quality, we are confident that through our unique video technology, we will provide visitors with a more distinctive and diverse spatial experience."
