BNK Kyongnam Bank Holds 'Customer Panel Launch Ceremony and Regular Meeting' ... Delivering Diverse Voices

Activities to Be Conducted Both Online and Offline Until October
Sharing Opinions and Participating in Various Themed Activities

BNK Kyongnam Bank held the '10th BNK Kyongnam Bank Customer Panel Launch Ceremony and Regular Meeting' in the main office conference room on the 12th.

The BNK Kyongnam Bank Customer Panel serves as a messenger, delivering diverse and vivid voices of customers to improve financial products and services.

The newly selected customer panel consists of 13 members, including a wide range of financial consumers from their 20s to their 60s, as well as people with disabilities.

At the launch ceremony, Executive Director for Financial Consumer Protection (CCO) Kim Kyungok presented appointment certificates to the customer panel members.

Afterwards, the first regular meeting was held under the theme of 'Ideas for Improving BNK Kyongnam Bank's Products, Services, and Environment.'

The 10th BNK Kyongnam Bank Customer Panel will carry out both online and offline activities for eight months until October, sharing opinions and participating in activities on various topics proposed by BNK Kyongnam Bank.

Kim Kyungok, Executive Director for Financial Consumer Protection (CCO), said, "Since this customer panel includes financial consumers of various age groups and specially selected panelists with disabilities, we have high expectations for activities to promote the rights and interests of financial consumers. I hope everyone will do their best so that BNK Kyongnam Bank's financial products and services can truly become customer-oriented."

Meanwhile, more than 50 local residents applied for the 10th BNK Kyongnam Bank Customer Panel, and 13 members were selected through a rigorous screening process.

In particular, this term included the special selection of panelists with disabilities to hear firsthand opinions from this financially vulnerable group.
