Upgraded to a Two-Way Communication Format in the Style of 'Jikmun Jikseol'
The reconstruction concert in Seocho-gu, Seoul, is being upgraded to an in-depth talk format in the style of 'Jikmun Jikseol' to engage with residents.
Seocho-gu (Mayor Jeon Seong-su) will hold the '2025 Visiting Reconstruction Policy Concert' at 4 p.m. on the 17th in the main auditorium on the 2nd floor of the Seocho-gu Office. The 'Visiting Reconstruction Policy Concert,' which began in 2023, was designed to help residents interested in reconstruction, reconstruction association executives, and landowners better understand maintenance projects and to strengthen the expertise of the implementing entities.
This year's 'Visiting Reconstruction Policy Concert' will be held under the theme 'Reconstruction in the 8th Elected Term, Ask and Answer!' and will be conducted as an in-depth talk show, moving away from the traditional one-way lecture format. It is planned as a platform for deep communication with maintenance project experts, focusing on questions received in advance. Through this, residents are expected to resolve their questions about reconstruction and naturally broaden their understanding of maintenance project policies.
Experts in the maintenance project field participating in this reconstruction talk include Kim Yong-ho, Vice President of Cheil Engineering; Lawyer Jo Young-bong; and Lee Eun-sook, CEO of Real Plant Consulting. They belong to the Seocho-gu Expert Support Group and have extensive experience in Seoul's maintenance projects. Additionally, a pre-performance by Ensemble M, which includes 10-year-old violinist Kim Yeon-ah who gained attention for her performance at an Italian airport, is scheduled.
Mayor Jeon Seong-su said, “The 'Visiting Reconstruction Policy Concert,' promoted as a specialized project in the 8th elected term, has been renewed in its third year to respond to residents' questions and provide practical assistance. Since we are currently carrying out about 90 major reconstruction procedures, which is the highest level nationwide, we will continue to implement various support policies for the swift promotion of reconstruction.”
