Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold Education Welfare Project Council on 13th-14th

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will hold a work consultation meeting for education support office staff over two days, from the 13th to the 14th, to improve procedures for educational welfare projects and provide guidance on processing methods.

This consultation meeting was organized as part of the efficient implementation of Gyeonggi's future education policies following the organizational restructuring of the Provincial Office of Education on March 1st, and to strengthen the functions of work improvement and coordination among the "head office - education support office - schools."

The Provincial Office of Education plans to promptly inform the field about procedure improvements and work simplifications, and will do its best to promote stable educational welfare projects by early identifying and supporting students in welfare blind spots at the start of the new semester.

Um Shin-ok, Director of the Welfare Cooperation Division at the Provincial Office of Education, emphasized, "We will strengthen the expertise of education support office staff and reflect the discussed contents in policies to promote educational welfare projects that can be felt directly at schools."
