The selected projects are the "2025 Craft Week Planning Program" hosted by the Korea Craft and Design Foundation and the "Media Art Collaborative Exhibition Institution Recruitment" hosted by the National Asia Culture Center. Through these, the cultural status of Cheongsong-gun is expected to be elevated and a foundation for cultural and artistic enjoyment will be established.

The "2025 Craft Week Planning Program" is planned as an event to support the creative activities of local craft artists and to showcase a variety of craft content that encompasses both tradition and modernity.

A total of 152 applications were received nationwide for this project, and after document and presentation reviews, 20 projects were finally selected.

Through the attraction of this project, the foundation has secured 25 million KRW in national funding and plans to widely promote the excellence of the local craft culture along with the succession and development of Cheongsong Baekja, which boasts a 500-year tradition.

Additionally, the foundation plans to operate programs linked to local cultural resources to provide visitors with a diverse range of experiences.

By being selected for the "Media Art Collaborative Exhibition Institution Recruitment," the foundation has gained the opportunity to showcase media art works that combine advanced technology and art. Especially, by attracting this project for the second consecutive year, the utilization of Namgwan Media Art Hall will be enhanced, and both local residents and tourists visiting Cheongsong will be offered even richer attractions.

Yoon Kyunghee, Chairman of the Cheongsong Culture and Tourism Foundation (Governor of Cheongsong-gun), stated, "Securing these public projects will serve as an important opportunity to expand the cultural and artistic foundation of Cheongsong," and added, "We will continue to actively attract various cultural projects to further develop local culture and arts and provide residents with richer cultural and artistic experiences."
