Total Prize Money of 26 Million Won
The Buan-gun Festival Committee (Chairman Kim Jongmoon) is recruiting participants for the 3rd Mamas and Papas Music Festival, which will be held during the 12th Buan Masil Festival.
According to the county on the 11th, the Mamas and Papas Music Festival is the only music competition in Korea that supports the challenges of music enthusiasts who continue to pursue their dreams and passion for singing even after becoming parents.
As a main program of the 12th Buan Masil Festival, which will be held for four days from May 2 to May 5, a total prize of 26 million won will be awarded to the winners.
Anyone can participate as long as the team consists of at least one member aged 35 or older. This year, the eligibility criteria have been relaxed, allowing teams consisting of members aged 20 or older with children to participate as well.
The competition will be held both online and offline as in the previous year. Fifteen teams selected through the video preliminary round (April 14-17) will compete in the on-site preliminary and final rounds on May 4, the third day of the Buan Masil Festival.
Application forms can be downloaded from the Buan Masil Festival website or the Buan County Office website, and applications can be submitted via email from March 31 to 6:00 p.m. on April 11.
