Yangju City, 'Individual Official Land Price' Inspection and Opinion Submission from the 21st to April 9th

Viewing and Submitting Opinions on the 2025 Individual Officially Announced Land Prices
153,041 Land Parcels to Be Finalized and Announced on April 30

Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 11th that it will accept viewing and submission of opinions on the 'Individual Officially Announced Land Prices as of January 1, 2025' from the 21st of this month to April 9.

The 'Individual Officially Announced Land Prices as of January 1, 2025' covers 153,041 land parcels, and the viewing is conducted for the land price per 1㎡ by land lot number, which will be decided and announced on April 30.

Viewing of the individual land prices can be done by visiting the Land Management Division of Yangju City Hall, by phone inquiry, or through the Yangju City Hall website and the Gyeonggi Real Estate Information Inquiry System website.

If there are any opinions, individuals can fill out the individual land price opinion form available at City Hall and submit it in person, or submit it online through the Yangju City Hall website.

The city will re-examine the characteristics of the land for which opinions have been submitted, conduct a re-investigation to ensure balance with the prices of standard land or neighboring land prices, undergo verification by appraisal corporations, and after deliberation by the Yangju Real Estate Price Announcement Committee, notify the opinion submitters of the results and decide and announce the prices on April 30.
