Incheon Urban Corporation (iH) announced on the 11th that it has signed a business agreement with the Daewoo Construction consortium, which was selected as the preferred negotiator for the "Geomam S-3BL and B-1BL Private Participation Public Housing Construction Project" located near Geomam Station in Incheon.
The Daewoo Construction consortium consists of Daewoo Construction (51%), Dongbu Construction (19%), BS Hanyang (19%), Gyeonghwa Construction (6%), and VL Nature (5%). They proposed an optimal layout plan by comprehensively analyzing the surrounding conditions, transportation, and natural environment.
In particular, the plan connects the central plaza and the living street to design an open complex, and prepared community linkage measures considering the convenience of residents and local citizens. Additionally, through a specialized plan for the podium (the base of the building), they added a three-dimensional effect to the facade design and proposed a neat exterior design by harmoniously connecting the colors of the components of the apartment complex.
A total of 749 households will be built in Geomam S-3BL, and 441 households in B-1BL. Sales are scheduled for the first half of next year, with residents expected to move in during the first half of 2029.
iH President Jo Dong-am said, "I hope this project proceeds successfully and provides a high-quality residential environment to local residents."
