'High-Protein Low-Sugar' Lineup of Sandwich Breads
Zero-Sugar Concept Tiramisu and Madeleine Products Also Released
Samlip announced on the 11th that it is expanding the lineup of its health bread brand 'Project:H' and targeting the wellness market.
Project:H is a low-sugar bakery brand launched with a balance of taste and health. After releasing seven products last May, it has newly introduced four types of meal breads and desserts. The meal replacement breads, including sandwich bread and morning rolls, have increased protein and dietary fiber content, while two dessert items were launched with zero sugar.
The 'High-Protein Low-Sugar Sandwich Bread' achieves a chewy texture through 15 hours of fermentation and double kneading, containing 13.6g of protein and 8.6g of dietary fiber per 100g, balancing taste and nutrition. The 'High-Protein Low-Sugar Morning Roll' features individual packaging for convenience. Both products are plain types that can be enjoyed without preference issues and are low-sugar products (under 5g per 100g), containing 3g (sandwich bread) and 4g (morning roll) of sugar respectively.
Additionally, the zero-sugar dessert 'Zero Tiramisu' with no added sugar and 'Zero Madeleines' in four flavors?Matcha, Chocolate, Orange & Coconut, and Earl Grey?were also launched. These products reflect the recent trend of maintaining health without missing out on desserts. They are available for purchase on Samlip’s official online mall and other online retailers, with additional entry into the Coupang channel scheduled for early April.
A Samlip representative said, "The purpose of Project:H is to spread healthy foods that consumers can enjoy without burden in their daily lives," adding, "Along with the recently launched low-sugar strawberry jam, we plan to release new products such as protein tofu chips later this month."
