According to the county on the 11th, this project, which provides customized health management remotely using smartphones and Bluetooth-based health monitoring devices, is drawing attention as a new initiative to address the healthcare blind spots among seniors.

In particular, seniors living alone with chronic diseases and residents who are already subjects of home-visit health management will be given priority in selection. On the other hand, those who have been assigned a long-term care grade, mobile healthcare recipients, and last year's participants are excluded from this application.

Selected seniors will be provided with two out of four types of health monitoring devices?activity trackers, body fat scales, blood pressure monitors, and blood glucose meters?that can be linked to smartphones, according to their health status. In addition, personalized health management counseling will be offered for six months.

For more details or information on how to apply, please contact the Home Visit Health Team at Jangseong-gun Public Health Center.
