Jang Donghyuk, a lawmaker from the People Power Party representing Boryeong-si and Seocheon-gun in South Chungcheong Province, asserted on the 10th, "With the court's cancellation of President Yoon Sukyeol's arrest, the answer to the impeachment trial has already become clear."

On his social media that day, Jang stated, "For the Democratic Party, which has been fueling accusations of rebellion, the cancellation of President Yoon's arrest must have struck like a club out of nowhere," adding, "Now, even if they try to struggle, nothing will change."

He continued, "The Constitutional Court has been deceived by Hong Jangwon and Kwak Jonggeun's instigation of rebellion, the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials' warrant shopping, and the reckless actions of the Research Society for Our Law, conducting a predetermined and silenced trial," and pointed out, "But now, all of that has collapsed like a sandcastle."

He further criticized, "The Constitutional Court, which was chasing after rebellion, is now left staring at the roof, the Democratic Party hiding behind it has fallen into chaos, and since everything was tangled from the start, the house has completely burned down with nothing salvaged."

Jang emphasized, "Now, all remedies are useless," adding, "The only answer for the Constitutional Court is to either proceed with or dismiss the impeachment as soon as possible, and the more they try to fix it, the worse it will get."
