Early Recruitment of Outstanding Talent to Lead Future Mobility
Kia announced that it will conduct its first half-year experienced recruitment starting from the 10th.
The recruitment will cover a total of 86 positions across 25 departments, including ▲Purpose Built Vehicle (PBV) ▲IT ▲Customer Experience ▲Manufacturing Solutions ▲Special Projects ▲Finance ▲Autoland Gwangju ▲Autoland Hwaseong, among others.
Applications will be accepted until the 24th, and final candidates will be selected through the first-round interview and competency test, followed by the second-round interview.
Kia plans to accelerate its business by securing outstanding talent early across all departments by focusing experienced hires, which were previously conducted on a monthly rolling basis, exclusively in the first half of this year.
Song Ho-sung, CEO of Kia, stated at the '2025 Kia EV Day' held in Spain last February that the company aims to present a new paradigm of customized mobility leading the PBV market based on customer-first values.
A Kia representative said, "Securing excellent talent capable of leading innovation in the rapidly changing mobility environment has become more important than ever," adding, "We hope for the interest and applications of challenging and capable individuals who will realize Kia’s future vision together."
