A 'Sales Master' who sold an average of 230 cars per year after joining the company has emerged. This means selling 19 cars every month.

Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 10th that Kwon Gil-ju, Sales Manager at the Suwon Branch, was selected as a 'Sales Master.' The title of Sales Master is the highest honor given to employees who have surpassed 5,000 cumulative sales, and so far, only 20 people have earned this title in the passenger car division.

Since joining in 2003, Manager Kwon has sold approximately 230 cars annually over 22 years and achieved 5,000 cumulative sales last month.

He not only became the branch sales champion in 2008, 2010, and 2012 but also achieved the national sales champion title in 2009, 2011, and from 2013 to 2024. Additionally, he has been recognized as a 'Top Class' salesperson for selling more than 120 cars annually for 19 consecutive years from 2006 to last year, building an outstanding career.

Manager Kwon said, "From the moment I received my first employee ID after joining, scenes of diligently moving from dawn and visiting various sites flash through my mind. I believe that by sincerely dedicating myself to earning customers' trust and always adhering to the basics of sales by being on my feet, I was able to achieve the dream of becoming a Sales Master," expressing his thoughts.

Hyundai Motor Company operates a sales honor reward system to encourage the achievements and efforts of employees who do their best in the sales field and to enhance their honor and pride. The sales honor reward system awards titles and prizes based on cumulative sales: 'Sales Artisan' upon reaching 2,000 units, 'Sales Expert' at 3,000 units, 'Sales Master Craftsman' at 4,000 units, and 'Sales Master' at 5,000 units.
