The Hill & Terrace Condo is an accommodation facility with 274 rooms spanning from 6 basement floors to 10 above-ground floors, as well as a convention center capable of accommodating 500 people. The project developer, HJ The Ocean Resort Co., Ltd., completed the detailed design and construction permit in 2021 with an investment of 4.1 billion KRW, and aims to begin construction in November 2024 and open in July 2027.

The infinity all-season swimming pool, designed as a landmark, will be the world's longest at 206 meters?56 meters longer than the Marina Bay Sands infinity pool in Singapore. The Hill & Terrace Condo is located right in front of Hwayang Jangdeung Beach, offering optimal conditions in conjunction with the currently operating golf course.

With the opening of the condo and the world's longest infinity pool, the number of domestic tourists visiting Honam and Yeosu is expected to increase, and the value of the glocal brand is also anticipated to rise.

Koo Chungon, Commissioner of the Gwangyang FEZ Authority, stated, "With the full-scale promotion of the Hill & Terrace Condo project, the development of the Yeosu Hwayang Integrated Tourism Complex is now on track," adding, "We will ensure that the Hwayang District becomes the center of the South Coast Tourism Belt and a leading tourist destination in Jeollanam-do."
