Next Week's Nationwide Housing Supply Limited to 1,205 Units... None in Seoul

The number of housing units scheduled for sale next week is expected to be around 1,200, less than half of the previous week's volume.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 8th, from the 10th to the 16th of this month, three complexes nationwide will offer 1,205 units for sale. This represents a 56% decrease compared to the 2,753 units offered the previous week.

There is no supply in Seoul. Since the supply of Raemian One Perla last month, there have been no general sales for five consecutive weeks.

The three complexes scheduled for supply are 'Bucheon JY Poesia' in Simgok-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi; 'Andong Yongsang Haneulchae Reverse Sky' in Yongsang-dong, Andong-si, Gyeongbuk; and 'Ulsan Epyt Star City' in Samnam-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan.

Real Estate R114 stated, "Although the planned supply volume this month has increased compared to January and February, some construction companies have adjusted their sales schedules due to concerns over unsold units, making it difficult for the enthusiasm for subscription to spread as much as expected."
