The National Innovation Party urged on the 8th that "if the Constitutional Court hastily removes President Yoon Seok-yeol from office, the prosecution must conduct an arrest investigation into numerous other crimes such as obstruction of special official duties and interference in candidate selection."

Kim Bo-hyeop, chief spokesperson of the National Innovation Party, said in a statement, "The traitor of the rebellion, Yoon Seok-yeol, was released this afternoon," and warned, "It is a foolish collaboration between the prosecution and the courts. The Innovation Party will hold responsible the traitorous forces such as Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung."
Chief Spokesperson Kim said, "Even if he steps outside the walls of Seoul Detention Center, merely removing the inmate number 0010 does not make the traitor of the rebellion a 'Enlightened President,'" adding, "The traitor's outing outside the detention center must end as soon as possible."
He continued, "Otherwise, the lives of the Republic of Korea and its people will be endangered," and said, "If the night of rebellion comes again, the spring of impeachment will be far away. A harsh and cruel winter of dictatorship will return. There is no time to waste."
