The 15th GIST Technology Management Academy (GTMBA) entrance ceremony was held at Oryong Hall on the 4th.
The event was attended by GIST President Lim Ki Cheol, Vice President for External Affairs Jung Yonghwa, GTMBA Director Kim Jaegwan, GIST Development Foundation Chairman Kim Haemyung, Honorary Doctor of Engineering Ko Jeongju, and 46 new students, among other key officials.
In his welcoming remarks, President Lim Ki Cheol stated, "This year, we have specially assembled a top-tier faculty and curriculum, and we expect to provide a platform for the latest exchange of industrial technology knowledge and information as well as a broad human network for successful management activities in the era of digital transformation."
GIST Academy launched the GTMBA program in 2010, marking its 15th year this year, and has produced over 600 alumni to date.
Meanwhile, Kim Wonman, Chairman of Saehan Group and president of the 14th GTMBA alumni association, donated 10 million KRW as a development fund.
