52 Clubs Recruit New Members at Baekgyeong Square on June 6
Pukyong National University (President Bae Sanghoon) held the 2025 Club Introduction Festival on June 6 at the Baekgyeong Square area.
Pukyong National University, under the supervision of the General Club Association, holds this event every year at the start of the new semester to provide freshmen and current students with opportunities to experience various aspects of campus life and university culture.
On this day, the General Club Association and 52 clubs from a total of 70 participated, representing eight divisions: hobbies and culture, academics, volunteering, performance 1, performance 2, sports 1, sports 2, and religion. They set up booths at Baekgyeong Square to introduce and promote their clubs to freshmen.
In the performance division, 10 clubs including traditional Korean music, band, and dance participated and held busking performances. The Navy ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) also set up a promotional booth and showcased dance performances, receiving a positive response.
The General Club Association produced and provided club introduction materials for international students to expand their participation opportunities, and also held events for participants during the festival.
