Constructed by HDC Hyundai Development Company, Gangdong I'Park The River spans approximately 300,000㎡ from six basement floors to 21 above-ground floors. The office facilities are located from the 5th floor upwards, comprising 591 units with exclusive areas ranging from 37 to 296㎡ (about 11 to 90 pyeong). It features advanced office support systems and high-end interiors, with most offices offering views of the Han River.

It is adjacent to Sangil-dong Station on Subway Line 5 and provides easy access to Olympic-daero, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway, making it convenient to reach from all over Seoul and the metropolitan area. When Subway Line 9 is extended in 2028, accessibility to major business districts such as Gangnam and Yeouido will be greatly improved.

IKEA will open its first store in Seoul here, along with Emart, CGV, Vantt Fitness Center, and popular food and beverage outlets. It is expected to become a landmark in the eastern part of Seoul, attracting a wide range of age groups from young people to families.

In Godeok Biz Valley, 27 companies from various industries including IT, security, design, and entertainment have confirmed relocation. Eighteen companies, including Aju Design Group and Hunexion, have already built and moved into their offices, while nine companies such as JYP Entertainment and Cuckoo Electronics are in the process of constructing their buildings.

A representative from a nearby real estate agency stated, "With the opening of Gangdong I'Park The River scheduled for April this year, it is widely regarded as a landmark in Godeok Biz Valley, and inquiries from corporate representatives looking for office space have increased significantly."
