Sequential Visits to Idam Elementary, Dongducheon Sincheon Elementary, and Dongducheon Elementary Schools

Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyeong-deok) announced on the 6th that on the 5th, they visited Idam Elementary School (Principal Jeong Dong-su) in the area to greet students and parents attending school for the new 2025 semester and to support their hopeful start.

This event will take place over three days to welcome the new semester. The city visited three local elementary schools implementing new projects in 2025: Idam Elementary School (on the 5th), Dongducheon Sincheon Elementary School (on the 6th), and Dongducheon Elementary School (on the 7th), to offer words of encouragement and support to students and parents and to check the educational sites where new projects are being promoted.

Through this event, a meaningful time was also spent discussing future educational projects and directions with school officials. In particular, the city’s symbolic character ‘Didi C’ energetically greeted elementary students at their eye level, receiving great responses from students and parents on their way to school.
