Launch of Financial Program with HD Hyundai Construction Equipment
"Principal Repayment Without Early Repayment Fees"

Hyundai Commercial announced on the 6th that it has launched the 'Mini Excavator Purchase Financing Program' in collaboration with HD Hyundai Construction Equipment.

The program offers installment periods of 60 to 84 months to reduce monthly payments. Customers can repay the principal at any time during the usage period without any early repayment fees.

Mini excavators are used not only on construction sites but also in landscaping, agriculture, demolition, and various other fields. They are convenient to use in confined spaces.

Customers who use the 84-month installment plan can reduce their monthly payments to less than half compared to the 36-month plan, which has been mainly used by existing customers.

For example, in the case of a 1.7-ton excavator, if 21 million KRW out of the vehicle price of 26.4 million KRW is paid over 84 months, the excavator can be purchased for 10,000 KRW per day (310,000 KRW per month). This is about half of the 640,000 KRW monthly payment under the 36-month installment plan.

Although the total interest naturally increases with a longer installment period, the program is designed without early repayment fees so that customers can repay anytime when they have extra funds, thereby reducing the interest paid.

A Hyundai Commercial official said, "We have enhanced customer convenience by minimizing the economic burden while allowing flexible repayment plans."

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment launched two new mini excavator models, the 'HX17AZ (1.7t)' and 'HX35AZ (3.5t)', in Korea last November. Hyundai Commercial and HD Hyundai Construction Equipment plan to apply the same financing program to all additional mini excavator models to be released.
