Hana Bank Opens 'Hanadone Next Lounge' and 'Pension The Dream Lounge' in Seocho-dong


Hana Bank announced on the 6th that it has jointly opened 'Hana The Next Lounge,' a specialized face-to-face consultation channel for the senior generation, and 'Pension The Dream Lounge,' a specialized face-to-face consultation channel for pension VIP customers, in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.


The newly opened Seocho-dong lounge features the placement of both 'Hana The Next Lounge' and 'Pension The Dream Lounge' in the same space, allowing Hana Bank, renowned for its asset management expertise, to provide a one-stop service with its retirement planning system and professional staff.


First, 'Hana The Next Lounge' offers free 1:1 consultations with retirement planning experts on topics such as ▲retirement fund needs analysis ▲post-retirement cash flow diagnosis ▲risk protection analysis ▲asset portfolio consultation ▲inheritance and gifting, regardless of whether the customer has an account with Hana Bank. Additionally, non-financial services such as ▲health management ▲hobbies ▲senior education are also provided, including Chat GPT seminars, wine classes, and gourmet classes held at the existing 'Hana The Next Lounge' locations in Euljiro and Seolleung Station.


'Pension The Dream Lounge' provides personalized pension solutions including 1:1 consultations on ▲comprehensive pension asset consulting ▲financial planning before and after retirement ▲tax consultation including tax-saving methods for individual customers holding personal IRPs or defined contribution plans (DC) worth 100 million KRW or more.


In particular, the newly established 'Pension The Dream Lounge Seocho' plans to offer systematic pension solutions covering the entire life cycle from retirement preparation to pension receipt by assigning pension experts with over 15 years of PB experience.


A Hana Bank official stated, "As Korea is now entering a full-fledged super-aged society, interest in retirement preparation before and after retirement is increasing day by day," adding, "Hana Bank plans to continuously expand professional consultation channels to help customers design a prosperous retirement through systematic retirement preparation."


Reservations for consultations at 'Hana The Next Lounge' can be made by phone, and also through the 'Hana The Next' mobile page and Hana Bank’s main mobile app, 'Hana One Q.'


Meanwhile, Hana Bank launched 'Hana The Next IRP,' a specialized brand for customers preparing for retirement and pension receipt, on January 20th, the first in the industry, and is actively offering various face-to-face and non-face-to-face services related to pension receipt for customers preparing for retirement.
