The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Gyeonggi IT Saeil Center will conduct vocational training starting in March for job seekers in the province who wish to find employment in the information technology (IT) field.
Last year, the Gyeonggi IT Saeil Center produced a total of 154 graduates through eight specialized vocational training programs in the IT field, of which 121 secured jobs or started businesses, achieving an employment rate of 78%. Additionally, it was selected as an excellent center (ranked 1st in career development type) for three consecutive years in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’s project operation evaluation.
This first half of the year’s vocational training courses include ▲ SW Testing Specialist Course ▲ Digital Design Portfolio Course ▲ UX/UI App Design Portfolio Course using Figma (a cloud-based UX/UI design platform enabling real-time collaboration) ▲ Emoticon Creator (Advanced) Course ▲ AI-based Video Editing (Motion Graphics) Producer Course ▲ SNS Marketing Planning Project Course, among others.

In particular, the SW Testing Specialist Course involves a series of processes to execute programs or applications to detect software bugs. It is operated in cooperation with the SW Testing Association and fosters talent that can be immediately applied in the field through a practical, customized curriculum. After completing the training, outstanding talents can be hired through on-site interviews, resulting in high satisfaction among companies and a high employment rate of 95%.
The training is conducted in a hybrid format, combining online (non-face-to-face) and offline (face-to-face) methods, with offline training held at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Southern Business Headquarters.
Trainees receive various employment support services, including one-on-one customized consulting, training for application documents and interview preparation, personal portfolio creation, and job placement connections.
