Five Administrative Welfare Centers Including Wolsan-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju
Dongshin University Comprehensive Social Welfare Center signed a public-private cooperation agreement with five administrative welfare centers, including Wolsan-dong in Nam-gu, Gwangju, to promote the "Community-Based Mobile Welfare Center Project." Dongshin University Comprehensive Social Welfare Center (Director Lee Sukja) announced on the 5th that it has signed a public-private partnership agreement with five administrative welfare centers, including Wolsan-dong in Nam-gu, Gwangju, to promote the "Community-Based Mobile Welfare Center Project."
This agreement was established to directly provide social welfare services to underserved areas through public-private cooperation and to solve local welfare issues collaboratively. The participating organizations agreed to ▲share welfare policy information ▲identify and support vulnerable groups ▲and connect human and material resources.
Lee Sukja, Director of Dongshin University Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, stated, "Through the community-based mobile welfare center project, we will continue our efforts to identify isolated households, prevent solitary deaths, and minimize welfare blind spots," adding, "We will actively support residents so that no one is excluded from welfare services due to distance from the welfare center."
