Sharing Analysis of Civil Service Cases and Communication Strategies
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 5th that it conducted a "Kindness Training for Improving Service Mindset" for all employees in the main conference room of the headquarters.
This kindness training was organized to enhance the quality of civil service and provide administrative services that earn the trust of local residents. All employees of the provincial office of education participated in the training, which included various programs aimed at strengthening civil service response capabilities.

The provincial office of education plans to use this training as an opportunity to establish a more systematic civil service response system and to continuously improve resident satisfaction through ongoing training and consulting.
