The Gwangju Nam-gu Child and Social Welfare Meal Management Support Center recently announced on the 5th that it conducted a joint training session for staff members from five centers in Gwangju (Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Buk-gu, and Gwangsan-gu).

The training, held at Hosimgwan of Chonnam National University, focused on the theme of "Evaluation Indicators for Elderly Long-term Care Institutions and the Revision of Childcare Center Evaluation and Certification." It covered the operational system of the evaluation system, evaluation indicators, and detailed evaluation content, providing education that can be utilized during center site visits and guidance.

Seo Dongjoo, the center director (professor in the Department of Food and Nutrition at Chonnam National University), stated, "Through this training, we will strive to enhance the staff's knowledge related to evaluation indicators of registered institutions and to deliver more professional and accurate information when providing services such as site visit guidance."
