Systematic Support for Personnel Officers... Distribution Scheduled for March
The Gwangju Office of Education has published the "2025 Elementary School Public Official Personnel Administration Manual" for staff in charge of personnel affairs at the office and schools.

According to the Gwangju Office of Education on the 5th, this manual is designed to support and enhance the efficiency of personnel work, including essential information on appointments, fixed and current staff management, leaves of absence, reinstatement, and more. Relevant laws, regulations, and case studies are also included.
The city office plans to distribute the manual to education support offices and schools in March, and to upload the file to the Personnel Clean Center website so that staff can easily access and utilize it.
Superintendent Lee Jungseon stated, "We will realize trusted personnel administration through fair and efficient procedures."
