Imsil County to Conduct Individual Official Land Price Verification Until the 18th

Imsil County in Jeonbuk announced on the 5th that it will conduct a verification of the individually assessed land prices as of January 1, 2025, until the 18th.

The county has completed the land price assessment by investigating the characteristics of 158,148 parcels for the verification process.

For 12,221 selected parcels among them, four certified appraisers designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will comprehensively review the appropriateness of the standard land selection and the balance with neighboring lands to carry out the verification.

For the land parcels that have completed verification, the county will collect opinions from landowners and interested parties from the 21st of this month to the 9th of next month. For parcels with submitted opinions, a re-investigation of characteristics, re-verification by appraisers, and a review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee will be conducted before the final decision and announcement on the 30th of next month.

County Governor Sim Min said, "Since individually assessed land prices serve as the basis for imposing national and local taxes and various charges related to land, we will do our best to ensure accurate and objective verification."
