Three Days and Two Nights Program
Jeonju City in Jeollabuk-do has launched the Jeonju-Gochang linked travel package under the city-county integrated tourism brand ‘MYMY TRAVEL’, as part of its tourism hub city project.
According to the city on the 5th, this new package, available for purchase starting this month, is a special three-day, two-night program connecting Jeonju City and Gochang County, designed to let visitors fully experience the charm of Jeollabuk-do.
This month, the package has been selected as a special offer for the Korea Tourism Organization’s ‘Travel Month’ campaign, providing exclusive discounts for one month. Specifically, the discount applies when booking through Gmarket, allowing customers to enjoy the package at 200,000 KRW, a 50,000 KRW reduction from the regular price of 250,000 KRW.
The itinerary is a three-day, two-night trip departing from Seoul and touring Jeonju and Gochang. It includes a visit to Jeonju Arboretum, a Jeonju Korean table d’hote cooking class with a star chef, night views at Deokjin Park in Jeonju, a Hanstyle experience in Jeonju, a healing program at Gochang Well Park City, and various other activities and traditional experiences.
Moreover, this journey from Jeonju to Gochang is expected to offer travelers an opportunity to experience the rich culture and nature of Jeollabuk-do.
The package departs every Friday from the 7th of this month, with departures confirmed for groups of 20 or more participants.
The city expects high satisfaction among participants, as the itinerary includes comfortable transportation by dedicated bus, a variety of tourist attractions, and hands-on dinner and breakfast experiences.
No Eunyoung, Director of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the city, stated, “This travel package is designed to let visitors fully experience the charm of Jeollabuk-do by connecting various local resources, including Jeonju and Gochang. As it offers a rich travel experience at a reasonable price during Travel Month, we hope many travelers will comfortably enjoy the nature and culture of Jeonju and Gochang.”
