Gumper Enhances Community Features on 'Tokket' Platform

Systematic Operation Enabled with New Online Store Features

Gumper announced on the 5th that it has enhanced the community features of the community-exclusive store 'Tokket' and launched an upgraded version. Tokket added a community application page, merchandise sales service, sponsor linkage, and coupon creation features to the existing service, which was mainly focused on event ticket sales.

The upgraded version of Tokket systematically supports community management. Through the automatic list management feature, participant information can be easily organized by downloading it as an Excel file, and the settlement function allows sales revenue to be viewed at a glance. It also supports private sales accessible only to specific groups, making it suitable for internal event management.


Additionally, Tokket contributes to increasing event sales. It enables additional revenue generation by selling beverages or merchandise suitable for events such as performances together. The sponsor linkage feature can make event operations more enriched.
