Into the Daily Lives of Citizens... Ulsan City Operates 'OK Saenghwal Minwon On-site Service Day'

Scheduled to Operate Once in Each Eup, Myeon, and Dong Starting from the 5th

Ulsan City announced that the first ‘OK Living Civil Complaint On-site Service Day’ of this year will be held at 2 p.m. on March 5th at Seodong Ujeong LH Complex 1 in Byeongyeong 2-dong, Jung-gu.

The ‘OK Living Civil Complaint On-site Service Day’ was launched as part of the ‘Ulbusim (Ulsan Pride) Living Plus’ project to enhance the stability and satisfaction of citizens' lives and to strengthen the pride of Ulsan citizens.

Various services such as knife sharpening and repotting are provided to resolve minor inconveniences in citizens’ daily lives all in one place.

Previously, the service was only conducted in Nam-gu, but after a pilot project last year expanding it to all districts and counties of Ulsan City, it is scheduled to be operated once in each eup, myeon, and dong of each district and county starting this year.

An official from the city stated, “In addition to the knife sharpening and repotting services that received great responses from citizens last year, we plan to offer various programs including customized services reflecting the characteristics and demands of each eup, myeon, and dong, safety experiences, and lifestyle consultations. We also plan to operate richer programs through collaboration with related organizations and volunteers, so we ask for the active interest and participation of citizens.”

Detailed schedules and programs can be checked through each district and county office, and may be subject to change depending on local circumstances.
