Recruitment of 55 Regular Employees and 65 Experiential Youth Interns in the First Half of 2025
The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 5th that it will recruit 120 new regular employees and youth interns in the first half of 2025.
The regular employee recruitment will consist of a total of 55 positions, including 34 administrative and 19 technical roles. To promote social equity in hiring, 9 veterans will be recruited through a restricted competition. Additionally, 4 professionals holding qualifications such as lawyers, accountants, and tax accountants, as well as 2 construction-related experienced workers with more than 3 years of experience, will be selected separately.
The selection process includes ▲document screening ▲written test (NCS basic vocational competency evaluation, major knowledge evaluation) ▲first and second interviews, and the final successful candidates will join in June. This new employee recruitment process will be conducted as a blind recruitment based on the National Competency Standards without restrictions on age, academic background, place of origin, or age. In particular, the expansion of social equity hiring for veterans and persons with disabilities and the continued recruitment of local talent will actively respond to the government's regional balanced growth policy.
Director Kang Seok-jin stated, “The Small and Medium Business Corporation has obtained certification as an excellent institution for blind and fair recruitment for three consecutive years through transparent and fair hiring focused on job competency, and has made company-wide efforts to nurture outstanding talent, including receiving the Director Award from the National Human Resources Development Institute for onboarding-based introductory training,” adding, “We hope for the interest and support of passionate and highly capable talents to build a growth ladder for small and medium ventures and to leap forward as key players in the national economy.”
Meanwhile, to support youth employment, the Small and Medium Business Corporation will separately recruit 65 experiential youth interns (35 general, 30 persons with disabilities), including social equity personnel such as persons with disabilities, starting from the 5th. The selection process consists of ▲document screening ▲interview, and the final successful candidates are expected to join in May. The Corporation plans to strengthen youth employment support by providing preferential benefits to youth interns who complete the program when applying for regular positions in the future.
