Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 5th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) for U.S. real estate investment advisory services with KORINY, a U.S. real estate and comprehensive solutions platform company, at the Gangnam Premier PB Center located in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, on the 28th of last month.

KORINY, established in 2017, is a leading U.S. real estate platform company providing all-in-one services related to U.S. real estate, including sales, lease management, and disposition, in 16 major U.S. cities such as New York, New Jersey, Boston, LA, Hawaii, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC.
This agreement is part of Hyundai Motor Securities' VIP asset management service aimed at providing U.S. real estate market information and brokerage services to HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) clients. Through this service, Hyundai Motor Securities' VIP clients will receive customized U.S. real estate selection consulting, connections to local lending banks, attorney appointments, lease service management, and sales brokerage services.
Hyunju Ahn, Executive Director and Head of Retail Division at Hyundai Motor Securities, said, "This service originated from the needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients for diversification of investment destinations, including not only domestic real estate but also overseas real estate investment and overseas corporation establishment." She added, "We will continue to establish strategic business agreements with specialized companies to provide differentiated and professional asset management services necessary for our VIP clients."
