The complex is located in A-2 Block of the Namwonju Station area near KTX Wonju Station. It will be developed with 508 units of 84㎡ exclusive area, ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. All units are composed of a single 84㎡ floor plan, which is highly preferred by actual residents. The model house will be set up in Musil-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do.


The Namwonju Station area, where the complex will be built, is planned to develop a residential complex of about 4,000 households along with commercial, office facilities, and parks on a 470,000㎡ site around KTX Wonju Station in Musil-dong, Wonju-si. It takes less than 50 minutes to reach Seoul Cheongnyangni Station via KTX Wonju Station, and the Gyeonggang Line double-track railway from Yeoju to Wonju, scheduled to open in 2028, will operate at nearby Seowonju Station. Additionally, the GTX-D line (planned) is under development. The area has excellent wide-area transportation networks with easy access to the Jungang Expressway and Yeongdong Expressway via Namwonju IC.


Moreover, commercial and office sites including E-Mart will be developed near the complex. Convenience facilities and administrative institutions such as AK Plaza, Lotte Mart, Wonju City Hall, and the courthouse are also nearby. In addition, abundant green spaces such as Majae Neighborhood Park and Majang Neighborhood Park provide a pleasant residential environment. The educational environment is excellent, with elementary, middle, and high schools planned around the complex. Various schools such as Samyuk Elementary, Middle, and High School, and Daeseong Middle and High School are close by, making the school district outstanding.


The complex is mainly oriented southward, ensuring excellent lighting and ventilation, and features designs that enhance space utilization such as multi-purpose rooms and dressing rooms. Along with ample parking space of 1.64 cars per household, various community facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, and a small library will be provided.


‘Wonju Station Jungheung S-Class’ is located in a non-regulated area, allowing residents of Gangwon-do aged 19 or older to apply for the first priority subscription regardless of household head or member status, even if they already own a home. There are no restrictions on resale or mandatory residence periods, so resale is possible immediately after contract, and 60% of the first priority allocation will be conducted by lottery.
