Blind Recruitment Based on NCS
Application Period: March 4-25, Written Test: April 12
Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 4th that it will publicly recruit 49 new employees.
The number of recruits is 16 for office positions, 15 for technical positions, and 18 for residential welfare positions. The recruitment fields by job category are △ for office positions: management support, project management, and IT △ for technical positions: civil engineering, architecture, mechanical, electrical, landscaping △ for residential welfare positions: office and technical roles.
Some positions such as management support and project management (office positions), civil engineering (technical positions), architecture (technical positions), and office staff (residential welfare positions) will be recruited through a competition limited to persons with disabilities.
SH Corporation plans to conduct evaluations focused on job competency throughout the recruitment process to hire talented individuals with the appropriate capabilities for the respective roles.
After document submission, document screening, written tests (including personality tests), and interview stages (job performance interviews and personality interviews) will be conducted, proceeding with a fully blind recruitment process that thoroughly excludes personal information.
During the document screening stage, application forms will be evaluated focusing on job-related experience, abilities, and future job performance plans. Presentations and discussion interviews on job-related topics will be conducted to assess applicants' practical competencies and job suitability.
Applications will be accepted on the recruitment website from the 4th until the 25th. The announcement of successful candidates for document screening will be on April 4th, and the written test will be held on April 12th. Interviews are scheduled to take place in April, and the final successful candidates will be announced on May 14th.
The recruitment announcement will be posted on the SH Corporation website at 5 p.m. on the same day. Job descriptions for each recruitment position can be found on the recruitment website, and inquiries can be made through the website’s Q&A board or the recruitment inquiry call center.
