"Recruitment to Establish a Foundation for Safe Flight"
T'way Air announced on the 28th through its official recruitment site that it is hiring aircraft maintenance technicians (new interns), maintenance parts repair technicians (experienced), maintenance instructors (experienced), and flight operations managers (new).
The new intern maintenance technicians will perform aircraft operation maintenance tasks and will be converted to full-time employees after one year of work and evaluation. Applicants must be graduates or expected to graduate by August this year and hold an aircraft maintenance technician certificate issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The maintenance parts repair position is open to those with over 10 years of airframe repair experience.
Maintenance instructors must have experience in B777, B737, or A330 line maintenance and at least 5 years of instructor experience. Flight operations managers, who handle flight control, flight monitoring, flight planning, and weather and operation information management, can apply if they are graduates or expected to graduate by August this year and hold a domestic or FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) flight operations manager certificate.
Applications for new intern maintenance technicians and flight operations managers will be accepted until 3 p.m. on the 10th of next month, while experienced maintenance technicians and maintenance instructors are recruited on an ongoing basis. Applicants must have no restrictions on overseas travel.
