Police Arrest Man in His 60s for Knife Rampage at Nonsan Daycare Center

A man in his 60s was arrested by police after wielding a weapon and causing a disturbance at a daycare center in Nonsan, Chungnam.

According to Asia Economy's coverage, the Nonsan Police Station arrested Mr. A (in his 60s) at the scene at around 5:40 p.m. on the 27th for causing a disturbance with a weapon at a daycare center in the Nonsan area.

At the time of the incident, there were dozens of children present at the daycare center, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.

It was reported that Mr. A committed the act while heavily intoxicated.

The police are investigating Mr. A to determine the exact circumstances and motive behind the incident.
