Seo Young-sook, Former Executive Director of SC First Bank, Recommended as Outside Director Candidate for Hana Financial Group

Final Appointment to Be Made After the Regular Shareholders' Meeting in March

Seo Young-sook, former Executive Director of SC First Bank, has been recommended as a new outside director candidate for Hana Financial Group.

Hana Financial Group announced this through a public notice of outside director candidate recommendation on the 27th.

According to Hana Financial, candidate Seo is a financial expert who served as Managing Director of the Corporate Credit Review Department and Executive Director of the Credit Review Division at SC First Bank.

Among the existing nine members, directors Park Dong-moon, Lee Kang-won, Won Sook-yeon, and Lee Joon-seo were recommended for reappointment, while director Lee Jung-won will retire. As a result, the number of female outside directors increased from two?Won Sook-yeon and Yoon Shim?to three with candidate Seo.

The outside director candidates of Hana Financial Group will be finally appointed after the regular shareholders' meeting to be held in March.
