In addition, a significant number of students achieved employment at mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises such as Korea Airport Security, Hyundai Green Food, DHL Korea, and Amkor Technology Korea. Notably, 20 students became national civil servants through the Ministry of Personnel Management’s local talent program, 32 joined the Jeonnam Provincial Government, 2 joined the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education, and 65 became non-commissioned officers, highlighting the strong performance in public sector employment.

In particular, 14 students were employed at KEPCO KPS in Naju Innovation City, 7 at Dongwon F&B in Gangjin, and others at Janggeum Shipping in Gwangyang, POSCO affiliates in Yeosu, and various regional general hospitals, demonstrating a trend of regionally tailored employment.

These achievements were made possible through various support projects, such as restructuring vocational high schools to align with new industries and technologies, strengthening employment capabilities, and connecting with local industries through employment support centers and coordinators.

Kim Eunseop, Director of Career Education, stated, “We will continue to provide all necessary support so that students from vocational and Meister high schools can be accepted into excellent workplaces and achieve their dreams.”
