The Anseong City Public Health Center in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 27th that it will operate a psychological recovery support program for the bereaved families, survivors, witnesses, and citizens affected by the collapse accident at the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway construction site.
The support includes ▲ face-to-face and non-face-to-face psychological counseling ▲ mental health assessment and high-risk group screening ▲ in-depth consultation with psychiatric specialists ▲ linkage to psychiatric medical institution treatment ▲ operation of a 24-hour mental health crisis counseling hotline.
Those who wish to receive counseling can contact the 24-hour mental health crisis counseling hotline (1577-0199) or the Anseong City Mental Health Welfare Center (031-8057-8356).
An official from the city said, "We will do our best to help the bereaved families and victims regain psychological stability through psychological support."
