Promotion of Chunhyang Festival, Policies, Events, and Hidden Attractions
Namyangju City in Jeonbuk announced on the 27th that it held the '95th Chunhyang Festival University Student SNS Promotion Team Launch Ceremony' at the auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Namyangju Lifelong Learning Center the previous day.
This year, the newly established University Student SNS Promotion Team selected a total of 26 teams, including 11 reporter teams and 15 video content teams.

The University Student SNS Promotion Team was publicly recruited from currently enrolled and on-leave students at universities nationwide, and the final members were selected. Three foreign university students were included, and a total of 34 students from 24 universities across the country were appointed as the first batch of the University Student Promotion Team, forming 26 teams.
At the launch ceremony, Kim Jaeyeon, Director of Culture, Tourism, and Education of Namyangju City, and Kang Takwon, Head of Tourism and Festival Team of Namyangju City, attended to directly present appointment certificates and deliver words of encouragement, supporting the successful start of the first University Student Promotion Team.
The ceremony also included the presentation of editor reporter badges, training on promotion team activity guidelines, and a special lecture on content planning. Through these sessions, team members were informed about the direction and precautions for their future activities.
Kim Jaeyeon, Director of Culture, Tourism, and Education, said, "As the Chunhyang Festival marks its 95th anniversary this year and is becoming a leading K-culture festival in Korea, it is a great honor to be present at the launch of the first University Student Promotion Team. We will actively support the SNS Promotion Team so they can create vivid on-site reports and innovative content."
The selected promotion team members will be responsible for directly covering and producing various promotional content about the 95th Chunhyang Festival, as well as Namyangju City's major policies, events, and hidden attractions until May this year, helping to promote the city's charm. The city will provide activity allowances and article fees to support smooth content production.
