This highlights that the lack of parking space is a representative source of conflict within apartment complexes. In addition, conflicts among neighbors in multi-family housing are becoming increasingly diverse and severe, including issues such as smoking, water leakage, and management fee usage. Since these are unavoidable daily conflicts, the fatigue and stress inevitably undermine daily stability.


As these conflicts escalate beyond simple disputes to physical confrontations or legal battles, construction companies have recently been supplying products that reflect the opinions of demanders who prioritize residential convenience. These products maintain the advantages of multi-family housing while solving its problems. Gated townhomes, which offer individual living spaces that free residents from floor noise and parking conflicts, and provide security facilities and various community amenities, are highly satisfying residential options.
