Special Recruitment Program for New Employees with Disabilities Introduced

Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 27th that it will accept applications for new employees on its official recruitment website from the 1st to the 14th of next month.

The recruitment fields include a total of 3 sectors and 68 job positions: production·manufacturing, business·planning, and management support. Among these, considering the upcoming completion of the Ulsan electric vehicle (EV) dedicated plant and the establishment of a smart factory, Hyundai plans to focus on hiring talent in the production·manufacturing sector to accelerate technological innovation in the production·manufacturing system.

An online recruitment briefing session will be held on the 7th of next month on Hyundai Motor's official YouTube channel. Hyundai will introduce the recruitment positions mainly in the production·manufacturing sector and provide a platform for communication between prospective applicants and current employees. The pre-registration period is from that day until the 4th of next month.

Starting with this recruitment, Hyundai Motor will introduce a special hiring program for new employees with disabilities. This is part of Hyundai's working method, "Hyundai Way," specifically the "diversity and inclusion" principle, aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities and supporting career development for people with disabilities.
