Until now, the Administrative Welfare Center had installed transparent partitions at the civil service counters to prevent infectious diseases and ensure the safety of civil service officers, but this caused difficulties in accurate communication between petitioners and officers during civil service tasks.
Accordingly, Jeonggwan-eup completed the installation of two-way microphones and speakers at each civil service counter to resolve inconveniences caused by communication difficulties between petitioners and officers and to enable prompt and accurate task processing.
Residents visiting the eup office said, "The two-way speakers and microphones make communication clear and convenient."
Song Young-jong, Eupjang of Jeonggwan-eup, stated, "We will pursue various measures to resolve residents' inconveniences and provide optimal civil service."
