The Administrative City Construction Agency led a delegation consisting of 15 domestic public enterprises and cooperative organizations on a two-day visit to the Philippines starting from the 25th. This visit aimed to assist local urban development and support the market entry of our companies.
The delegation was formed last month under the name Team Korea Philippines to support collaboration between the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, the main agency overseeing major urban development projects in the Philippines, and Korean companies. Participants included the Administrative City Construction Agency, Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation, Korea Land & Housing Corporation, Korea Overseas Construction Association, and Smart City Association.
During this visit, the delegation met with senior officials from the local development agency and its affiliates, as well as local companies, to discuss cooperation plans. On the first day in Clark, they listened to updates on local projects and introduced Korean companies. They then visited key project sites to assess business conditions firsthand. Park Sang-ok, Planning and Coordination Officer of the Administrative City Construction Agency, stated, "We will support efforts to ensure that this activity leads to new projects or orders, resulting in achievements for our companies."
